am actuaries complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act), which includes the Australian Privacy Principles and other Australian privacy regulations. These govern how we must handle personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we do this and applies to collecting, storing, using, disclosing, and correcting your personal information.
We may change our Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices and privacy regulation.

We collect personal information from our clients, employees, and other stakeholders to provide professional services, manage relationships with clients, conduct research and run our organisation. We also collect personal and sensitive information from our clients to provide actuarial and analytical services to those clients about persons connected with its business, such as policyholders, claimants, or customers. This information may include your name, date of birth, work address, contact details, and details of your insurance policies and/or claims. We rely on our client to inform you of this use and obtain your consent.
